Thank you for visiting and shopping at The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages during shipping is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

R&R products are guaranteed to be free of defects and we will take responsibility for I based on our “WARRANTY” policy. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

Risk of Loss: All products are shipped EXW via carriers USPS, UPS, or FedEx. R&R is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once R&R delivers your order to a common carrier at our shipping location, the risk of loss is transferred to the recipient. If the tracking shows the package was delivered, please contact your local mail carrier to initiate a lost package search. Any claims for loss or damage to the products arising following our delivery to a carrier should be submitted to that carrier.  Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. 

Address Changes or Incorrect Addresses

We ask that you double-check your shipping address when entering it into the system to ensure that you receive your package. If you wish to change your shipping address after your order was placed, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to assist in updating your shipping address. Address changes are not guaranteed if the order was already submitted for processing. R&R is not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses that are entered on our checkout page by customers in error. 


We currently do ship outside the U.S.
