In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, not missing parts or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a seller error. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
A full refund, less shipping, and handling will be processed to your credit card after we receive the returned product. If the product you are returning was purchased with our Free shipping and handling promo, the actual shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund total.
Based on the third-party involvement (online banking), it may take an additional 5 - 14 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.
In the event the product is returned without the original package, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Products returned after 14 days of receipt of your order will receive a store credit only less shipping and handling.
All gift returns are store credit only. The product must be in the original package and new and unused condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

NO REQUEST will be taken into consideration without valid proof of purchase.
